Forchdenkmal

Revolights Test Drive

Yesterday, I did my first test ride with the Revolights attached to my Motobecane bike, got a couple of amazed looks during the tests.
I uploaded two videos to my YouTube channel.

Revolights is a very cool light system for your bike. The light source is attached to the wheels and closer to the ground than the a "normal" light. Currently it's snowing but can't wait to get on the road again.

Sixdays Zurich - The Final Night

The final ranking:
1. De Ketele / Shep
2. Hondo / Kluge
3. Marvulli / Marguet
4. Dillier / O'Shea

By reaching 200 points before the final Américaine over 250 laps (50 km) Dillier/O'Shea took the lead with Marvulli / Marguet as runner-up, one lap behind. Hondo/Kluge and De Ketele/Shep where in the same lap but with less points.
During the Américain Dillier/O'Shea lost a lap quite early, where Hondo/Kluge and De Ketele/Shep gained one. Neither Marvulli/Marguet nor Dillier/O'Shea managed get away and were stuck on 3 and 4 whereas De Ketele/Shep took the lead thanks to many points won in the last race.

Edit:
Not to forget the thrilling stayer races where Guiseppe Atzeni won by overtaking Peter Jörg in the last lap!

The music during the breaks was presented by "Die Jungen Zillertaler".

Sixdays Zurich - Friday Night

This evening was packed with action. The highlight was the Américaine over 60 km (300 laps). There was hardly a minute where the drivers "rested". Most of the time the teams tried to gain a lap or tried to prevent others from gaining a lap. Amazing how Lampater/Grasmann and Hondo/Kluge controlled the race. Marvulli/Marguet and Dillier/O'Shea dropped behind quite early for the first time and had to gain ground most of the time. I will be there tomorrow night for the finals.

In the entrance area many bikes and accessories are shown. Below the unbelievable cool Cervélo P5.
